These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tartan-studios.com and all mobile applications (collectively, "Services") provided by Tartan Studios ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Our Services
Tartan Studios develops and publishes mobile applications including:
- Inside Joke Battle Arena — AI-powered party game
- ZZZCheck — Sleep monitoring application
- Sojourner's Path — Interactive narrative game
- Eutopia — City-building game
Each application may have additional terms or guidelines specific to its features and functionality.
User Accounts
Account Creation
Some of our Services require you to create an account. When you create an account, you must:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any information that changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Security

In-App Purchases and Payments
Purchases
Some of our applications offer in-app purchases, including:

- Voluntary tips or support payments
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund:

- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the purchase you wish to refund
- Follow the prompts to submit your request
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact us at support@tartan-studios.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Subscription Terms
If any of our Services offer subscriptions:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content in our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, is the property of Tartan Studios or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through our Services (such as usernames, game data, or profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to provide our Services.
Feedback

AI-Generated Content
Some of our applications use artificial intelligence to generate content (such as game questions or narrative elements). While we strive to ensure AI-generated content is appropriate and enjoyable:
